Intel's Worst Nightmare

For many years Intel kicked AMD around like a football, stealing AMD's technology and employees in bad faith, through predatory and unfair business practices.  The members of FACE Intel wrote about Intel's predatory practices too: the predatory treatment of Intel's own employees, and the extreme arrogance and total injustice embedded within Intel's HR policies -  not only with regard to Intel's own employees, but vendors and competitors too.

FACE Intel and the chip industry in general have acknowledged AMD's reputation as a company which treats its employees far better than most, and certainly better than Intel does. FACE Intel has predicted that AMD's management would eventually gain AMD the success, respect, reputation and upper hand that it deserves as a fair employer.  Simply go to the link below and read the article entitled "Intel's worst nightmare" and see other related articles.

Any corporation, regardless of its size, power, and wealth, is successful due to the success of its people: the employees make or break a company, and define that corporation in the marketplace.  Unfortunately, Intel's cutthroat culture of destructive confrontation, and the sick company syndrome which permeates Intel from the top down, is indeed an illness since the patient is incapable of diagnosing their own corporate culture of malaise.

In the early days of technology Intel boomed under a great man, Robert Noyce,  and due to his efforts, dedication, and devotion, created an infrastructure that was soon to be destroyed under Grove, Barrett, and Otellini subsequent to Noyce's departure.  For example, consider Grove's literary work of corporate masturbation: "Only the Paranoid Survive". Grove gloated and wrote about his twisted predatory ideology, and management bought-in to this lunatic insanity - an insanity personified by corporate greed and gluttony leveraging predatory, and inhuman personnel practices.  As a result of Intel's mistreatment of employees and predatory employment practices, Intel has extended a downward spiral and stands on the precipice of major disaster.

As for AMD, AMD's management has treated its employees fairly and decently for many years, and thus began an upward trend which continues for AMD to this day.  If AMD can maintain its "honest broker" policy with its employees, there can be little doubt that it will surpass Intel at some point soon.

The FACE Intel organization warned Intel's executive staff TEN YEARS AGO (at Intel's annual shareholder meeting in San Francisco) that Intel's arrogance and predatory employee practices would eventually lead to Intel's corporate demise.

Today we recognize that Intel would be actively supporting its US employees, providing American jobs, educating American kids, and providing benefits to AMERICAN communities, if only Intel were more like AMD; and less like the ruthless, evil, sick and depraved Corporate Globalists they are today.

Thomas Paine once said:

When people fear the government, that is TYRANNY.    When the government fears the people, that is LIBERTY.

For the global citizen here is FACE Intel's interpretation for 2006 and beyond:

When people fear GLOBAL CORPORATIONS, that is TYRANNY.   When GLOBAL CORPORATIONS fear the people, that is
LIBERTY.

People, we can only protect ourselves from destruction by the evil Global Ruling Elite by ONE SINGLE METHOD:
UNIONIZATION.  You'll hear more about this, so stay tuned. Keep on supporting FACE Intel and we'll keeping supporting you.
